General coloring method of silica gel products:
Coating paste coloring
First, mix the carbon powder with the liquid mixture (such as tackifier), grind it into viscous or paste chemicals with a three roller mill, and then add it to the silicone rubber products according to a certain proportion. This kind of method prevents dust, is beneficial to the dispersion of toner in plastic, and the tone is symmetrical. However, the composition of coloring agent in paint paste is low, the coloring is not high, the transportation and consumption are large, and the application of customers is inconvenient.
Saturated solution coloring
The method is to melt the silicone rubber product into a saturated solution with a certain concentration value with a good organic solvent, then mix the silicone rubber mutual compounding agent other than sulfur powder with the rubber compounding agent other than sulfur powder evenly, dry at a certain temperature to remove the organic solvent, and finally add sulfur powder to the open mill. Complex processing technology, uneven dispersion, poor coloring ability, unable to recycle organic solvents, environmental pollution and less application.

Compound coloring
At this stage, silica gel products are often colored by adding carbon powder to the medium immediately, or mixing it with the carrier first, and then adding it to the plastic particles, and stirring it evenly in the open mixer to obtain the tone of silicone rubber products.
Particle saturation
At the present stage, there are two key ways to prepare carbon powder. Like other granulation methods of powdered mutual mixture, powdered carbon powder is first impregnated with surfactant, and then melted with epoxy resin or melted and extruded for granulation; The second way is to penetrate the carbon powder with the surface active agent. Then, the carbon powder particles are optimized by mechanical equipment to form a dispersing liquid with a certain concentration value, and then mixed with latex and sol-gel method. After drying, the carbon powder particles are rolled into particulates.
